PRC Registration Schedule for June 2009 New Nurses (Lucena Only)

PRC-Lucena has released the registration schedule for June 2009 NLE passers. New nurses are advised to follow the registration schedule and may register until August 14, 2009.

The Professional Regulation Commission - Board of Nursing (PRC-BON) has released the Oathtaking Schedule by School for those who will be attending the oathtaking ceremony in Manila. For schools without assigned schedule, inductees may buy tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Professional Regulation Commission- Davao Regional Office (PRC XI) has started the registration for June 2009 New Nurses last August 3, 2009.

June 2009 Nurse Licensure Examination (Davao) Passers are advised to follow the registration schedule as provided by the Professional Regulation Commission- Davao Regional (PRC XI) Office:

Aug 3 - Abadies to Berano
Aug 4 - Berdul to David
Aug 5* - Dayday to Gatchalian
Aug 6 - Gatmaitan to Lozada
Aug 7 - Lu to Pagaduan
Aug 10 - Pagalan to Sarabosquez
Aug 11 - Sarenas to Zarate

Note: Since Aug 5 is a special non-working holiday, those scheduled on Aug 5 may register on Aug 6.

To register, new nurses are advised to bring the complete set of initial registration requirements and personally file his/her application at the PRC-Davao Regional Office, 2nd floor, Granland Business Center, R. Castillo Street, Davao City. Contact Nos.: (082)234-0006 and 234-0007.

The registration for those who passed the June 2009 Nursing Board Exam will start on August 10, 2009.

To register, new nurses are advised to follow the registration schedule for June 2009 New Nurses provided by the Professional Regulation Commission and register with the PRC office nearest where they took the June 2009 Nursing Board Exam.

Initial Registration Requirements for June 2009 Nurse Licensure Examination Passers

June 2009 Nurse Licensure Examination Passers should personally file his/her application for registration at the nearest Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) office and affix his/her signature in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • Current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
  • 2 pcs. passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 1 pc. 1" x 1" picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • Two sets of metered documentary stamps
  • 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
  • Fees: Initial Registration fee (PhP600) and Annual Registration fee for 2009-2012 (PhP450)

PRC- BON Advisory to June 2009 New Nurses

Successful Examinees in the June 2009 Nursing Board Exam as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional are advised that the Manila oathtaking ceremony will be held on August 18 and 19 (Tuesday and Wednesday), with morning (8:00 a.m.) and afternoon (1:00 p.m.) sessions at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

Starting July 29, 2009, Oathtaking tickets are available at the Philippine Nurses’ Association (PNA) at 1663 F.T. Benitez Street, Malate, Manila. There will be no selling of admission tickets within the SMX Compound so those who will be attending the oathtaking ceremony are advised to purchase the admission tickets at the PNA Office. The deadline for buying tickets are as follows:

Aug. 18 AM Session- PNA will sell tickets until 5:00 p.m., Aug. 17

Aug. 18 PM Session- PNA will sell tickets until 12:00 noon, Aug. 18

Aug. 19 AM Session- PNA will sell tickets until 5:00 p.m., Aug. 18

Aug. 19 PM Session- PNA will sell tickets until 12:00 noon, Aug. 19

The PRC-BON would also like to inform all attendees that only those with valid admission tickets will be allowed to enter the venue. Receipts will not be entertained.

Oathtaking candidates must come in their white gala uniform, nurse’s cap, white duty shoes, without earrings, hair not touching the collar, and without corsage.
